bigM, I have not been in Phoenix recently but have talked to a number of people just before and after Christmas.

I would venture to guess not much news will be forth coming until the litigation is pretty well conmpleted.
That to me at least makes sense. While some may differ from the indication I have received they are very busy and making sure any and all questions ofsecuruty vulnerbility, Eula revision into a much easier and acceptable manner will all be incorporated.
That is what I bieve is what is happening!
