I emailed Dan to advise him that I thought it was important to disclose if the other 2 applications were denied.

2 things;

1. No Orphan update on FDA website for Anal Cancer.

2. I honestly believe that management would announce denial if either it was denied, or they could.

I still think something is happening behind the scenes, as I told Dan in my email, bad news should be followed by good news. If other 2 indications were denied because of threshold then so be it, that's not ADXS fault. In same announcement include Anal cancer Orphan acceptance, then you deal with all of this in one go.
