A logical interpretation is that there are few if any doctors that have bought it and/or are using it. Is there another explanation for having not done what they said they would do when they said they would do it?

Are you still ignoring the FACT that they promised to do so? Really?????? They do so have to post it if they want to keep investors on board. I don't remember Medtronic promising anything of the sort. Not that Medtronic has anything to do with this discussion.
Kinda hard for people to be treated by this revolutionary 4.5 billion dollar a year device if you can't see where to go and get treated.
