The judge has done this several times already. Google will not settle. IMO there Ego's are to well entrenched in this lawsuit. Money means very little at this point. Making VRNG wait as long as possible, is seen as a small victory to the Google team. Best scenario will be Mid December. GLTA

Why would they settle when the judge has given them everything they want and more. Politics has taken over our judicial system plan and simple.
