This board should be about due diligence on the stock and this implies posting what is believed to be true and this company has had a terrible past. We should read both sides of the story. By the way you can see that all is not rosy because for weeks the stock has been stagnant in spite of good news.

So investors should see SG SEC's 10Q's before October 2013...right?
