No audit or uplist until mid-2014

That PR you referenced is from April, 2013.

Here's what they said about the audit on page 35 of the Q2 filing from last a few days ago:

Since it won't make sense to audit FY2011 and FY2012 when FY2013 will end in Dec, they'll do the Q4 audit in Jan and Feb, and hopefully file a 10-K by mid-March, 2014.
