I do hope you asked your Q in the form of wanting to participate in the bond and that you wanted the t&c's, where to send money aso. !?
IF, handlamera's rumor is correct and the bond is fully subscribed that would then be the best piece of news that we got from the company in years and should of course be put in an PR from Siaf and not in the form of an email from IR to a S/H, imo.
