A posting by Niesse when earnings are pending, so he is pumping the stock (ok nice) but isn't this illegal as he is an insider and shouldn't comment until the release.

When the company stated in February that the prospectus would be completed in three weeks, I asked on this board, how can they possibly know? A valid question, as it turns out.

So I ask AGAIN, how can they possibly know for sure that earnings will be released on monday, since there must be a reason for the (substantial) delay? I have never heard a company make a statement like that. Nevertheless, THIS TIME they will be facing lawsuits if they don't report on monday.

That is all I have to say.
