This is really getting interesting.

There is a lawyer in my family (I just told her yesterday about SVFC and IR court case).

She said that any share holder of SVFC can join the on going court case by just filling a letter with the judge for damages and request a hearing for the court to keep the money in an escrow till the judge hear your case. Then sue IR and also request the money to stay in the escrow because if (you) the plaintive win, it will be difficult to collect because IR is not a USA corporation.

Long story short...she will actually sue both IR, TCA and Dr. Victor personally (about Hanover deal) if she is a share holder and live in NY.

She said you have to have a very good attorney (like her..lol) to be able to proof any damages that you may have suffered for the judge to keep the escrow money till your sue get to trial....in a few months or years.

Thank God I am not a lawyer...too many drama, and they work long hours.
