Been following this one awhile myself, not sure yet though, prob gonna stay on the sidelines for now. I'm familiar with Dr. Joe from back in the C*BI days, this isn't his first penny stock rodeo.
C*BI was not a successful venture to say the least and a lot of folks lost money but I don't think it was necessarily due to lack of effort on Dr. Joe's part that it failed, there were a lot of other circumstances involved as well.
