if it is not an FTD it is not a naked short and CIRC has NO FTD's. You realize that a naked short creates an FTD right?

a common con seen in the pinks is to convince people dilution is Naked Short Selling

What people fail to take into consideration when looking at the daily short numbers are day trades

If a person buys and sells the stock the same day, a short is automatically generated, since it takes 3 days for a buy to clear.

This is why you see such high numbers on the daily short list but don't see it translated to the threshold lists that come out every couple of weeks
