shiloh I do not believe you are reading too much into this. It is huge. The QS technology has now been codified by the Government lab as the only "state of the art" ETD. I do not see how any agency can buy anything else without people screaming, "whaddya mean you didn't buy the latest and greatest?!"
All other agencies now have the cover they need to move away from Smiths and SAFRAN ETD products
