"On track and ahead of original schedule". Not quite. Their "original schedule" had them completing everything in the 3rd quarter of 2010!

Then, during the past year they put out a multitude of changing schedules on their website, and a multitude of PR's dating back over a year ago claiming that the CE Certification would be completed "in the next five months" or "in the next several months" or "in the next few months." They failed to meet any of those schedules. Now we are on this current schedule. Maybe this time they will actually do what they say they will do.
Here are just a few of the ever changing SNDY CE Certification Completion Schedules the President "confirmed" that have been put up on their Website over the past year. Wonder if they have another one lined up if August comes and goes with no completed Audit or CE Certification yet again.
Investors were supposed to go by these "confirmed" PR's as well. It didn't turn out so well for investors who trusted what the company says in PR's.
This one is dated 5/23/2012 and states everything would be completed "in the next 5 months." Didn't happen.
"Both Solos and Expert Resource believe the ISO 13485 Certification and CE Mark initiative will be completed within the next 5 months. The Company will be posting its schedule on its website during the first week of June."
Then they came out with this PR dated 7/25/12 and stated yet again that everything would be completed "in the next 5 months." It didn't happen.
"Upon the Company's completion of its ISO 13485 Certification, the Company will be able to place the CE Mark on its entire instrument line, including its new Bariatric Instruments. Both Solos and Expert Resource believe the ISO 13485 Certification and CE Mark initiative will be completed within the next 5 months."
And it still doesn't end! The never ending "next several months" mantra drones on to 1/04/13 and the same "within the next several months. Didn't happen.

And it goes on, and on, and on, and on. This latest PR just put out, dated July 18, 2013 says once again "Both Solos and Expert Resource believe the ISO 13485 Certification and CE Mark initiative will be completed within the next few months." And you are saying we are supposed to believe what this company puts in its PR's about dates of completion for the CE Certification? You have got to be kidding me!
