They have tried many times to move this up, but as long as people know they can get them at .0005 from dilution or toxic share selling it is what it is. Even had the right groups here a couple of times. Some people may have been sucked in with some of the hype that's out there, and do just want to move on, but it also appears there has been accumulation for sure on the other end.
