This is SO a reorganization. There are plenty of assets left and NOLs.

All actions point to an reorg.

With $450+B in NOL, plus tons of companies like Intel that took Lehman's money and ran away in the last days of 2008 crisis...

Why would they liquidate now? IRS and Uncle Same will be very happy to see all that tax refund goes into toilet.

Tons of comanies can buy Lehman out and not pay tax for years. Plus the carry back clauses (back 5 forward 20?), they can get previous years' tax money back TODAY.


Last POR payment is in sight people.

Within the ashes of a once giant company, laid a seed to rebirth.

I can't tell you if $35 is the magical number, but I just really don't see it be a zero.
