skitahoe, I disagree with your take, but of course, who cares, right? If MP knew he didn't have what it takes to run a company, he should have handed over the reigns to a qualified person the very first year he took over CDEX. He held on to his position and by handing it over now, he is tacitly admitting that he wasted the time and patience of shareholders, all the while, a select group of Private Placement investors and insiders have made some nice "pocket change" for themselves, all at the expense of the long shareholders, who, still at the moment, are worse that they were when MP took over CDEX. I believe you would agree that $17 million have gone somewhere, wouldn't you?

Unfortunately, most shareholders have taken an apologetic position regarding MP, only because their money is tied to CDEX, and none was willing to take the chance and demand accountability from management, as it should have been done from the very first moment when the dividend was not paid as promised.

It took 5 years for MP to swallow his stubborn ambition and realize that he was not the man to run the company. In other words, he made us all believe that he was what he was not.

Even now, the future of this investment looks dim and uncertain. After all, where is the beef? CDEX may do very good, but shareholders may still be left aside and ignored. What makes you believe that Griffin has any concern for the shareholders? Good faith. That is still a long way from being proven. For one thing, why didn't Griffin exercised his option to buy the 300,000 shares of CEXI, of which he already has vested almost 20,000? How can he be vested if he never purchased any shares?

But, of course, it's easier to call me a basher than holding the responsible persons accountable.
