First , it has to go up in order to drop--

SGLB went from .025 to about .13 cents before dropping back to .06---huge dilution was the factoring cause----

Scrc went from about .15 to a DOLLAR,,($1.00) and fell outta be to its current .30---Why?? What was the cause???
