It's the only reason why the share price is so strong lately IMO. After a financing is announced, the stock will go back down to the low 20's again at least unless they have some good news to share. The numbers are a desaster if you ask me. They will have a lot of work in front to get anywhere close to break even IMO.
Continually borrowing from your directors is not a good long term growth strategy even if the board is wealthy and famous. I would be surprised if .35 held today.
