I'm afraid you'll have to ask the Delaware Secretary of State how it was authorized. Surely they weren't duped.

It is not up to me to supply a good faith basis as I am not a lawyer nor do I attempt to portray a legal expert.

I did not post the lawsuit, just referenced someone else's posting.

I was unable to locate a page on the http://corp.delaware.gov
website that offered "additional info" regarding a Delaware business entity for $20. Can you link it for me, please?
