It may just be his opinion...which is certainly a plausible outcome of the directors meeting in Chile. I personally agree with that tweet, but I have no way of knowing if its true or not. Does that mean I'm using inside information to come to that conclusion?
If he tweeted "IMO, decision on who we move forward with will be made on this trip to Chile", that doesn't really sound like inside information, does it?
Many posters put forth their opinion in absolutes (both pro and con). That certainly doesn't equate to inside information IMO.
