Idk Alan, wouldn't be the first time a legitimate corporation had to delay filing. Tactics? The way I see it, $45 billion industry booming from $1.5 billion (source provided, authored by ?, regarding a totally different company, PHOT) seems like opportunity to me. "Building infrastructure", to gain "Substantial Market share" in a "multi BILLION [United States] dollars" sounds pretty good to me, Alan. The climb to the top has switchbacks, of course. Hemp is on the rise as a global commodity, and the science will follow. Momentum looks positive.
