When the news initially broke Barry said he would be arrested "imminently". There is no evidence of any arrest and that leads me to believe that these allegations of criminal acts might be untrue. The best defense is a good offense. Its not like Barry/AAPT has not lied before. Pawtizers in 7,900 Walgreens and every Giant Eagle.
Lots of illegal and immoral acts have been committed by people associated with AAPT. (I was not on that email btw). Do you think the SEC will be going after EG and associates any more than the IRS will be going after AAPT for not paying withholding taxes and the SEC for any of the allegations made by E?. You really think this can be looked at in isolation?
It will not make it to court and we will never know what the settlement on either side is. IMO.
