Right..This is Ch11 not 7. Its going to restructure the company and start afresh and not all old debts can be written off. Our CTs are one of those that cannot be simply brushed aside.
Think of it this way. You file for personal BK because you have too much CC and mortgage debt. You can get rid of that debt but all your student loans are still stuck with you even when you file for bankruptcy. Our CTs are like student loan debt. They are not going away anywhere the trust is still alive and well. Heck, we are even uplisting to a better exchange now. Only good things are happening recently. Mik1's free lawyer gave him free advice on what the POR states. We have known that for the last 3 years but we are still accumulating :-)
