I would imagine on any given day there's not more than 2-3 people at the Tucson shop.
They probably have junior answering the phones full time and 1-2 of the development team working. Poteet has another job allegedly keeping him busy on a major telescope project so we know he's not always at the shop if that's true.
What could Brumfield possibly be doing all day long? I think playing a round of golf in the morning and maybe dropping by the office in the afternoon sounds about right.
As for the CFO, there's not enough work to occupy his time more than a few hours a week IMO.
Seems like CDEx, with their small shop and skeleton crew is highly unlikey to make history with a magical new machine as pennstreet portrays.
