No, it's 100% true; for those paying attention, I am sorry for repeating myself

1) you can't submit for approval to begin research and development of a drug for FDA approval when the FDA does not recognize cannabis as a legal substance to use as drugs

1A) before you say it, cannabis is approved to be prescribed but not to be taken from in any form or used in any way to create a drug

2) anything happening overseas is through a separate partnership and can not be disclosed as actions taken by CBIS otherwise the FDA will consider them ineligible to do any studies on cannabis at all; again, this is why they spun off Phytiva in December, because they aren't allowed to engage in any business activity with the substance that would be able to be considered against federal regulations if they want to make good with the FDA
