From the recent 10-k:
"The Company's target is to raise $30,000,000 in the near future. The company is expecting to gain the capital from issuing and selling the shares of the Company. The company has not conducted any operations or generated any revenue since its inception."
$30,000,000 now that's a lot of dilution.
