I think the company thought that financial results would somehow be viewed as positive, so they announced it "not on Friday" as usually and gave some time between announcement and CC for market to react hoping that CC will provide another boost to the stock, basically separating those two events (revenue announcement and CC with the CEO) hoping for the one-two punch, so far market was not impressed with the numbers, let's see what the CC will do
@Shail, on more personal note, don't get depressed from the sell off, try not to look at the share price for a few days, it will come back to low .20s really soon, a month at most...just stay patient, will make money together
