Wilma I was pretty certain there were restrictions like that too but even with concrete proof there is no way to convince that its true.
Main problem with PPS is that there is a whole lot of supply! A detrimental amount of supply and without an equal amount of demand the price will fall.. Ali wasnt blaming shareholders for selling/dumping instead of buying.. he was stating a fact.
The Shares will be UNRESTRICTED as soon as GEG requests them to be, cause the Restriction Period started the day the funds were advanced for the Notes ... not the day the notes were converted. jmo
