I don't know for sure Asharib. We had 40 and 50 year leases, but I think we had to make annual payments to keep them current. I suspect that without capital for almost a year now, SGCP has lost most of what they had. I hope we are able to hold onto our buildings and warehouses if nothing else. Good will and trust goes a long way over there. Hopefully, once SGCP has capital again, Doug can renew the best leases and we can start up again. We lost a lot of momentum, so it will be essentially like starting over.
