If you have been around for 14 years then you know that the previous management did nothing but sell stock for most of that period. This new team came in about a year and a half ago. They announced the hiring of programmers about a year ago. Then then recently announced they have working versions on the latest hardware. Oh and they put together a stellar advisor board as well.

And they are finally finishing off the Demented loose ends from those long years of doing nothing. It's not easy for some people to understand but the VDK 1.0-1.4 that they are basing the current build of the software is not being challenged in court so there shouldn't be anything in the lawsuit that is a negative for the new product line.

So if you don't believe any of this to be true then that's your right. But I suggest you figure out how to dial a number and ask the company if you have your doubts.

Mike, that is a GREAT question. Here's something that Uncle Billy found on TMMI's website. This is pretty new and does bgring up some interesting questions: http://www.tmmi.us/?q=risk-factors

In it this was found:

RISKS RELATED TO OUR BUSINESS MODEL

If our fractal video compression technology does not gain broad commercial acceptance, our business will be materially harmed and we may need to curtail or cease operations.

Many factors may affect the commercial acceptance of our fractal video compression technology, including the following:

•performance, reliability and cost-effectiveness of our fractal technology compared to conventional technology;

•developments relating to other alternative fractal technologies;

•fluctuations in economic and market conditions that affect the cost or viability of our alternative technology;

•overall growth in our fractal video compression market;

•availability and terms of government utilization of our technology;

•fluctuations in capital expenditures by end-users on our technology which could decrease when the economy slows and interest rates increase; and

the development of new and profitable competing fractal video compression technology.

I thought TMMI is/was claiming to have a wrap on fractal technology. This makes that claim suspect, at best. JMO
