Skykes, at least in the past, recommended Thinkorswim as a platform so I believe you can call the trade desk and request stocks to short.

Who is Tim Sykes? I just youtubed him right now..hes like the cramer of penny stocks..lots of growing up to do, and is wrong half the time. lol. He talks about shorting a stock that is in the dollars and calls it a "penny stock" because he or whatever classifies any stock from .0001 to under 5.00 a penny stock. Those there could be a way to short. .20+ maybe, but sub penny to single digit penny, noway, or there'd be so little shares, it would prove to be insignificant.
