The S/S has not changed. No process of dilution going on, yet you continue to say it is.

And while your opinion that the increase in A/S is for further dilution (a valid opinion), it is just as valid an opinion that the increase in the A/S is to ward off hostile takeover and to position the company for M/A.

And Mammoview does fight against cancer. There is no doubt about that.

Well everyone agrees (Including yourself) a company need to raise the A/S before a merger/acquisition to protect themselves from a hostile takeover.
