US Bancorp is a majority holder of CTs for their corporate investment clients. US Bancorp is a leader in overall Lehman BK claims http://www.startribune.com/business/61581837.html It doesn't seem those corporate clients are selling off their CTs. Is it logical to think US Bancorp worked out a deal through assumption or assignment of the debtor or perhaps a third party (such as themselves) in an effort to make their clients whole and happy? After all...i'm sure those corporate clients invested in CTs went quite sour on US Bancorp losing their A$$'s on CTs and other Lehman investments. I'm thinking we are in for a surprise somewhere, and at some point.
