If we dissect this---
THE COURT having reviewed the Final Application for Approval of All Compensation and Expenses in the above-captioned cases (“Final Application”), the Objection thereto filed by the United States Trustee, and the Joint Motion to Approve Stipulation Resolving the United States Trustee’s Objection to Professional Fees (“Stipulation”), and finding that notice was duly served and no other responses or objections were filed, hereby ORDERS that the Final Application is APPROVED pursuant to the terms of the Stipulation. In connection therewith, the Court FURTHER ORDERS that the Chapter 7 Trustee is authorized to pay Sender Wasserman Wadsworth, P.C., the amount of $24,550.00 in fees and $7,578.23 in expenses, for a total of $32,128.23 for the Third Fee Period, with 100% of the fees being allocated to United Western Bancorp, Inc. The Court FURTHER ORDERS that all fees and expenses incurred by Sender Wasserman Wadsworth, P.C., that were previously allowed on an interim basis, plus all fees and expenses allowed for the Third Fee Period, in the total amount of $113,307.03, are approved as FINAL.
IMO there is more in that filing than meets the eye.
