I have been talking about GTGP's failure to file financials with the SEC when the stock was at the $1.29 level and before....

What I find incredible is that some folks state that quite often, but what I am not really surprised about is I didn't see anyone complain about the no fins while this stock took off and quite a few called it an ATM machine and "wow, I made alot of coin" Is it possible that no one knew there wasn't fins filed for years?Are only some folks just finding out really about no Fins?
