Noler.. I reviewed the last four earning releases and there was no "big" drop off regarding the dismal earnings they reported in the following days. This would be the first earnings call that it finished up on the same day as earning call from previous day's price. The pattern you speak of is one I normally employ and the day prior is usually day to get out. I think you are correct in part but if that MGMT can set some type of "expectation" this thing will flourish. Heck, as you know-until we get some normalcy it is all moot anyways. I just want that 8K out so I can look at those numbers. Litigation furthest from my mind as thats something they cannot control.
