There are (as of May 01, 2013) 586,038,360 shares outstanding and as of the same date the authorized shares were 801,000,000. If you can believe IHub the float on June 1, 2013 was at 322,598,360 shares. And if you can believe the filings from the company they are listing 1,200 shareholders.
