However, given the positive news surrounding our business, we have held discussions with YA and they have agreed to enter into negotiations to restructure, and potentially reduce, the debt. However, until the issue related to Proposal 5 in the proxy statement is resolved, such negotiation will not be able to proceed. Alf: I commend her for a clear, frank letter to investors. It should have been a month ago.

The letter handily dodges why the proxy offered #6 if it would result in the bankruptcy of the Company.

The answer is obvious. When I saw #6, I thought it was a clever gamble that would likely work. It did not. It appears her lesson has been to communicate instead of manipulate. Progress.

AlfonszyD-thanks for posting today's letter from our illustrious CEO. She almost sounds like a checkmated Queen. Black Knight going in for the kill. Got to love it: 'the alternative may be the loss of your entire investment in the Company." AKA-the last 1- 1/2%.
As many suspected, the votes were going against the R/S. Management deemed it necessary to provide another month 'grace' in order to 'soften' shareholder sentiment for the R/S. It is truly galling that the DTC was a mere pretext. Pathologically pathetic, and as Pop mentioned-her green slip was showing under the Lagerfeld.

To Laura and YA:

As far as the letter (Additional Proxy Soliciting Materials. August 13, 2013) it looks more like an "extorsion" than anything else. The problem is:

"WE HAVE LOST EVERYTHING"

so please send a next letter to us that gives us 1 or more reasons to vote yes.

If the future is so bright, YA could sign into a non dilutive restructure of the debt, and wait for that light to come to all, we, you, and YA.

Don't fall for this folks. Marriott has presided over a 99.99% reduction in share price and now she wants you to approve a R/S so it can be reduced further. Marriott will maintain her half-million dollar salary while you lose your shirt. Neomedia the company may survive but not the shareholder - she wants to distract you by making you feel encouraged by recent successes even though that will not be adding value to your investment.

I find it staggering that a supposed agent of the shareholders can remain in her position for so long while almost completely evaporating the value of the company.
