I completely agree with your statement. The company should buy back shares. For one it would bring the o/s down 2. It would show some confidents in actc in their own company!
IMO I think there is something going on behind the scenes that this wasn't mention in the CC. What I don't know but just a feeling I have.
I have invested in this company for the last 3 - 4 years. I like the science and the potential it offers to the patients. I have waited this long and I still plan to hold! I will either strike the jackpot or go bk with actc. That is my decision and a risk I am willing to take.
