True, the uncertainty of fnf future isa heavy weight on the common stock. When winding down occurs I would imagine fnfs profits will be cut significantly. Also a problem I see is what banks are going to want to guarantee most of these loans? the risk is too high. That being said if an FDIC of Mortgages is created, would the mortgages fnf has on the books be guaranteed by the new entity automatically?? I admit I am very out of my element here with the politics and what not. I think most are in the same boat as me and that is why most are on the sidelines. Too much uncertainty.

I think it would be good to discuss what Fnfs business model will look like in 5 years, how they would make their money, etc.
