smoke, GOOG has until Monday, August 26th to provide the exact revenue figures. VRNG can't submit their damages calculations until they receive those figures from GOOG. GOOG could provide them earlier, but I wouldn't count on it. Once VRNG gets the numbers they could turn around and submit their damage calculation immediately. I don't really know why VRNG would need 5 days after GOOG provides the numbers, and they may actually be very quick to respond. All they're really doing in their response is providing simple, mathematical calculations.

Is there any reason why VRNG couldn't submit their damage estimates today and let Goggle have 5 days to respond. Or would that be impolite?
