It is technically and legally impossible to RS into a new entity. RS must be within the same entity.

Your point is likely that the mechanics are the same mathematically, but RS carries negative emotions. Share exchanging (or share divvy, however he will do it) into a new entity does not carry the negative emotion. Uplist overwhelms it.

Does any of that mean he couldn't RS BBDA before all that happens...of course he could. Will he? I don't see why as I see no need for the PPS to reach $.0001, no bid to necessitate it. I think there's an 80% chance that will never happen...but there is the other 20% left...
