Dan just a couple of points to make here, JB's reputation is a whole lot better than OPMG's as far as the investing public, and Wall street are concerned. OPMG may legally no longer exist in less than 60 days that is per the Dept. of Corporations in the State of Florida, OPMG has already ceased to exist as a Nevada incorporation. If you try and contact them you will see they physically are nonexistent, and the odds that they have any product or infrastructure to support a product is slim to none. What they will have is a publicly traded shell which may have some value, however with the 10's of millions in debt I do not see that appreciating the value of 8.5 Billion shares of stock.
