Agree, so why don't they just liquidate now? Why even bother with BK and spend a ton more on lawyers? Somewhere in there the company, the debt holders and certainly the equity holders feel that there is value to be had by continuing and coming out of BK as a viable company and that the debts will be paid back in full.
