UBRG is a Dilution Nightmare with a bad reputation.
No one would want to R/M with UBRG.

Wilma, That's an interesting thought:

On their site they mention going public with the first strike of oil in 2010. I don't think that happened obviously because they are private. UBRG is a great company for a reverse merger...IMO and would help them list without the headache.

I hadn't considered that as a possibility... but it's intriguing!
