Absolutely, but given the company's history - hundreds of millions of shares given to promoters and sold at a steep discount to insiders; 2 years to disclose a merger they said took place, didn't; $7 million to generate $134k in a year; $400k to generate $0 in 6 months - it's not surprising.
Those millions of shares bought at $.018+ over the last few days must be PO'd watching almost all of today's dumps at $.016-.
And how about that close - A $12,000 dump at $.015 followed by a $165 buy at $.0165?
