Good summary. TRCA did take advantage about 3 mos over iPlex. I think pediatricians who give patient's increlex will give iPlex to other patients later on when iPlex is online and keep increlex patients to see the difference.

Storage is not a big deal. You can buy a medical-grade (-45 C) freezer for $200-400.

I believe both INSM and TRCA will be successful and INSM may take 70% market and TRCA takes 30%. Off-label use will be big for INSM.
