nice find Max.. this sentence makes it very plausible:

Great find!! I was assuming the recent news release of potential partners would be Yara, but talks with another player (ICL) make perfect sense as well.

Once the mining license is given by the Ethiopian authorities, the games begin with financing. Sounds like Farhad is being proactive and is strategically putting as many players onto the chess board as possible. Remember, Yara either has or will have a short-fall of product and sounds like ICL as well. How about $300M - $350M offtake or strategic investment from each? No one could have anticipated the ICL option or should I say opportunity, but the more potential suitors and financial partners the better.

Farhad, it appears has a number of options to play in coming months. It's going to be fun how this plays out.
