I called as well and got confirmation about the document. Not sure it's time to bail as Weber has the chance to actually do something right if he's going to take the company in a positive direction. Not saying he is, but if they do not respond at all prior to releasing fins and the planned activities later this week, it definitely points to a less than reputable means of doing business.
