There is absolutely no justification for that kind of salary (not to mention two straight years of bonuses!) for being CFO of an exploration company that does no exploration and has failed at everything. Absolutely none.

The disclosure should include a breakdown of how much is owed to the management, but it doesn't. The recent Form 4's which disclosed both Rice and Guyer received deeply discounted common stock for a portion of their unpaid salaries just leads to more questions rather than providing specific answers. This Company's disclosure in their 10-K and 10-Q is very poor, especially regarding the disclosure of related party transactions.
